Job Description

  • Initiate & answer phone calls with overseas clients.
  • Responding to emails and live chats originating from overseas clients.
  • Be in charge of helping clients with their questions on the vacation rental listings product and helping to ensure they get a resolution for the listings issues.
  • Handling and resolving clients' complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and internal departments.

Minimum Qualifications

We are currently looking for fluent English speakers to join our growing Host Support Team. We have 4 positions open at our office in Yogyakarta.

If you are a fluent English speaker and have some customer service or help desk support experience, you are welcome to apply.

Requirements :

  • Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, fast and accurate typing, create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors.
  • Have good problem analysis, problem-solving skills, and fast decision-making.
  • Fluent English Speaking with no accent.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Fast learner of new software.
  • Preferably have the experience with customer service/call, center/banking, telesales/online shopping/insurance/logistic, hospitality, and tourism industry (exposure to international clients would be an advantage).
  • Having knowledge in SQL & API experience is a plus.
  • Having a minimum of 1-year of experience in helpdesk support is an advantage.
  • Can successfully communicate with the clients to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be willing to work 24 hours shifting system
